Steven Milner

Steven Milner is one of the owners and brokers of both Backwoods Land Company and Farm Management Service, specializing in hunting land, agricultural properties, timberland, and farm leases. In addition to sales, he also manages leases for landowners, ensuring they maximize the value and potential of their properties.

With nearly two decades of experience negotiating a wide range of transactions, Steven is known for his strategic marketing expertise, helping clients achieve results that often exceed local market expectations. Steven grew up in a small town and developed a deep connection to the outdoors.

His hands-on knowledge of the land enables him to identify prime properties for clients, particularly those interested in farming and hunting opportunities.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his three children — Jacob, Jordyn, and Joslyn. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and scouting new properties. He is also an active member of his community and a dedicated participant in his church.
